Weekend Complex Târgu Mureș
Family entertainment center
The Weekend Complex was built and put into use at the end of the 19th century. It initially developed by building a rowing pool around a dead branch of the Mureș River, and now includes six other pools and an Olympic swimming pool with a depth of 1.80 m covered with a pressure balloon. Due to their different sizes and depths, the pools are suitable for both swimmers and amateurs of this sport.

The Complex comprises:
6 swimming pools
Children's pools: polypropylene, figure swimming and bridge swimming. A large pool with a slide, and two swimming pools.
7 slides
Slides on a metal structure, fiberglass and plastic chutes. One for children, a slide with three chutes and a new slide with 4 chutes.
6 playgrounds
We have playgrounds of various sizes, available every day of the year. Swings, slides, sandpits, climbing frames, several types of play equipment, as well as comfortable benches for adults.
Rowing lake
A semi-circular rowing lake around the complex, covering approximately 4.2 hectares of water. As well as boats, rowboats and pedal boats are available.

The origins of the Complex date back to the 1930s, when residents of Târgu Mureș, who wanted to enjoy boating, swimming and the tranquility of the water, began building cottages in the area around a ravine of the Mureș and the Káli stream. Today, the 40-hectare site has 6 swimming and bathing pools and an Olympic-sized indoor pool with a tent-like roof.
