The Târgu Mureș Centre for Culture, Arts and Leisure announces the relaunch of the public auction procedure for the lease of the commercial space “Building D – Vinotheque”, located in the Medieval Fortress of Târgu Mureș and belonging to the public domain of the Municipality of Târgu Mureș. Interested economic operators may submit their bids until October 19, 2026.
The space has a usable area of 59.36 sq m, plus an 18 sq m terrace, and is intended for food service activities. The relaunch of the procedure gives interested economic operators the opportunity to participate in the auction for the lease of a space located in one of the most important historical and tourist areas of Târgu Mureș.
Az eljárás keretében meghatározott ütemterv szerint a pontosítások iránti kérelmek benyújtásának határideje 2026. október 5., 12:00 óra, míg az ajánlatok benyújtásának határideje 2026. október 19., 12:00 óra. Az ajánlatokat a Marosvásárhelyi Kulturális, Művészeti és Szabadidőközpont várban található iktatójában lehet benyújtani. Az ajánlatok bontására nyilvános ülés keretében kerül sor 2026. október 20-án, 12:00 órakor.
The tender documentation, which includes the participation requirements, the criteria and all the information necessary for preparing the bid, can be obtained from the headquarters of the Târgu Mureș Centre for Culture, Arts and Leisure, 2 Avram Iancu Street, Târgu Mureș (inside the Fortress), or downloaded from the institution’s website, www.culturamures.ro, under the “Auctions” section.
